Freight Blocker (Space Management)

Securing cargo space so your shipments don’t miss the boat—or the plane.

In-Depth Services Overview

Freight Blocker is our space management solution for clients who can’t afford to be left waiting for the next vessel, truck or flight. We reserve capacity in advance with our carrier partners, ensuring your cargo has guaranteed space even during peak seasons or congested periods.

By understanding your forecast and shipping patterns, we help you avoid last-minute scrambles and unexpected roll-overs. This creates more reliable delivery windows, protects your customer commitments and stabilises your supply chain.

With Freight Blocker, Soft Clear turns uncertain capacity into a planned asset—giving your shipments a reserved place in line when space is tight.

Features include:

  • Advance booking and space reservation with carriers
  • Capacity planning based on your forecast and cycles
  • Priority handling during high-demand periods
  • Integration with freight forwarding and customs services
  • Improved predictability for delivery timelines
